Tips to manage both professional and personal stress

The truth is that I have a very stressful job. I work in a managerial role and I have to work under high pressure from morning till evening. It's a demanding job with a lot of challenges. But my stress does not end here. The moment I reach home, I want to take out some time for myself but it's not possible. I have a stressful personal life too. To manage my stress level, I have recently joined the gym. I need more tips to reduce my stress level.

Think less and work more. this is the only way

I can practice thinking less but if I work more, my mind will be more engaged and I will automatically start thinking more and more.

Exercise can definitely help. I find that it does help me. Going for a walk helps me as well.
