Got Out and Got`er Done

I went out today spreading some Christmas cheer and ...... I went looking for my future. I went into 4 businesses, asking prices and questions. Lets go backward, the last place was closed at 3 pm but had brochures on the door with prices of what I want. Good enough, I guess. The third place told me he did not have that but he could order it, I heard the calculator working overtime in my head, I thanked him and left. The second place... Well, this old man knows how to work a crowd, a true salesman. He said "Honey you just come back and I know how to fix you up. I can throw in a few extras to help you out." I was the 'actress' and poured it on thick, thanking him so much! I should have won an award for that performance. Now to the first place. I have passed this place several times wanting to stop but it was always raining or I was late and had no time, today I made sure I went there first. No office, just a few guys working. I walk in like I own the place and ask who do I talk to about prices and a man raised his head as they all pointed to him. I walked through the building to the back and he asked how could he help me, I told him what I wanted and he said "Sure I can do that" and gave me a price, then I added "what if I need another, would you lower the price if I buy two?" and he looked me dead in the eye and said "Absolutely!" and I knew he would be the one I would buy from, with that one word. Then I added " I want two for a start, but a total of probably seven." He answered with "I can do that." Then I was invited behind the work area he was at to his computer, he told to to go online and design what I wanted and as I added the price would show, so I would have an idea of what one would cost, but then to come see him when I had decided. BUT I also told him I am shopping around today. I stuck my hand out, told him my name and he gave me his with a shake. After this cup of coffee I am going to design my future and then go back to see this man tomorrow. And it helps he is humble and very good looking to be an older man.
