What is a recipe of happy life?

To feel the joy of life. To be able to smile to the ears. To be able to love wholeheartedly. In order to understand the kindness of the people around us. And the beauty of what's here, around us, everywhere...
To appreciate what we hold in our hands, rather than going for something unattainable and sometimes incomprehensible, obstructing ourselves to live here and now.
Lots of sugar, a pinch of salt, a grain of pepper. And an onion head that sometimes needs to be finely chopped. Aren't they the most important component of a happy life recipe?
Our life is very beautiful. And good, happy, wonderful. It is what it should be.

what leads to a happy life, I suppose that is different for each person. I think the start is being happy with who you are. I think if you can find acceptance and happiness in who you really are that is a good place to start. If you can not accept and be happy with yourself you will never find true happiness in life.

I don't think there is any recipe for a happy life. Everyone has to face their life in their own way.

I like the way you wrote it. It is beautiful. For me, the recipe of happy life is to appreciate what I have got and achieved so far.

@lillywriter Exactly. Sometimes it is enough that the loved one is beside you, and everything is fine.

Getting rid of toxic situations is also necessary.
