Going for jogging, see you later

When it's such a beautiful calm evening, I can't sit down at home. Something is calling me and I want to go jogging outside.
I don't know why I run - from problems, from possible overweight, from sadness?
If we could accept ourselves with all the minuses - maybe we would be happier. We would sit with the chips bowl in front of the TV. And would not pay attention to the beauty of the evening.
But I'm not able to live such a way, so I'm running!
See you later after I come back from jogging.

I hope you had a good jog. Some people walk and some jog.

I do both. When the weather is bad, I walk.

When the weather is bad I do not walk. Only when the weather is fine so I can walk I do.

Gee, jogging at night is not good over here because of the dark, you know so many things can happen.

When we exercise, our bodies release "happy chemicals," like serotonin, dopamine, and endorphins. If we slow down and take in the scenery, we are calmer, cortisol levels are reduced, and we are less anxious and think more clearly.
