Are you eating anything special for your Christmas Eve dinner?

I had boom, boom shrimp which is a Costco entree. It is pretty good. I have been waiting for awhile to have it and today seemed like a good time. It consists of fried shrimp and a sauce. I had some scallopped corn with it. This entree was a bit expensie, but I like shrimp and you can make several meals out of it...so yeah, it is not bad. What about you? What is your Christmas Eve din din?

I prepared many appetizers (mini cheese tarts, stuffed mushrooms, puff pastry filled with pesto, cheese spread, tuna dip with vegetables, stuffed olives...). When we finished the appetizers we were no more hungry. I served my Yule Log cake and that was all.

I just heated some pintos (from the can) and then heated some birds eye veggie mac and cheese. It was really good. I didn't want to make a big meal.
I've not had the boom boom shrimp but that sounds yummy.
