Many countries around the world welcome and celebrate New Year in their own traditional beliefs and unique practices. However, is there any place in the world without New Year or New Year celebration?

Probably no. There are some small villages which don't organize anything but people celebrate at home.

Maybe they will just celebrate on other dates than most countries.
