I was just reading that meat and dairy production accounts for 14.5 % of all the greenhouse gases produced -> that's as much as produced from all the cars, trucks , airplanes and ships combined! ...I love my meat but try to limit my intake to 2 -3 times a week.... gonna have to be more creative with mealtime this year I think.
For example , love my Bean salads,..that's one way for me to get more protein from non meat sources ...what about you??

We have cut down on meat a lot and switched over to tofu. We are going to be looking more into other plant-based meats.

@Luap1050 We like to cook it in our air fryer, sauteed it with bbq sauce or whatever other condiments. One of my favorites is putting it in with a stir fry. Heck we ever use it hamburger helper instead of using hamburger. There is so much one can do with tofu, it is just the matter of trying.
