Thanks to the power of Facebook which was used by Katie Bueche who lost possession of her late mother's wedding ring in the parking lot at Champagne's Market recently was returned to her by someone who was honest enough to return a priceless object to her owner. Katie's mother had passed away from Pancreatic cancer in December which made the loss of the ring even harder to deal with losing at a parking lot in Lafayette Louisiana. Maybe the reward of $1,000 dollars that was offered by Katie for the safe return of her ring may have contributed to the safe return of her late mom's ring who was found by another woman who saw the ring in the parking lot at Champagne's on Tuesday. Katie met the woman who reported finding her ring at William S, Nacol Jewelers in Lafayette on Thursday. Katie is very thankful that she has learned that there are honest people in her hometown who knew that the wedding ring that belonged to her late mom met the world to Katie.

I agree with you since returning property to a person who lost their late mom's wedding ring is an act of honesty that will last for a long time to come.

I believe there's many good people. Last January 1 I saw a post on Facebook when a woman returned 20,000 or 400 USD to the owner.

I am sure that Katie honored the lady who found her ring and gave her the money that she promised to give to the person who returned her ring that belonged to her late mom.
