Not a fabulous day

This 2020 I promise to make myself more fabulous. I take care of my skin and hair. I exercise to lose belly fat. I stand up straight. I want to wear make up even if I'm just at home. But this morning I made a terrible mistake. My mother ask me to finish all the left over fruit salad in the container. I told her I cannot finish them all or I will vomit. That's what happened. My stomach gets cold and sour because of the fruit salad. I feel I will vomit so I drink a warm water. After I drink the water I started to feel bad and I vomit all the fruit salad and my breakfast this morning.

So sorry that you cannot eat fruit salads. It is one of my favorite salads though and I can eat lots of it till my stomach is full. I do not have the same reaction like yours.

@averygirl72 It must be the acidity of the fruits that affects your tummy bad. I think you just need to slow down like you said it to be able to enjoy it yourself.
