Hey there, everyone. It's late, and this is already lengthy, so I'll just get right down to the Gratitude Challenge.
1. I went out with my best friend and the Little Guy tonight. After we took him to get a hair cut, we hit up the Dollar Tree and Walmart, and I stayed within the budget I set for myself (less than $10 per store). It's tax season, and I pay self-employment tax, so it's also budgeting season for me lol.
2. After being on holiday hiatus for several weeks, Blue Bloods returned to continue the 10th season.
3. Donnie Wahlberg also had one of his tweet-fests tonight, handing out blue heart emojis during Blue Bloods. I received a few from him tonight. :)
4. I just finished proofreading and submitting 9 orders (proofread the other one a few days ago) for a 10-order project on Fiverr. It was a month-long project, following a similar project with this client last month. I'm grateful for the work, but glad to get it done and out of the way.
5. I earned a bunch of points of Grabpoints and Zoombucks. Every thing I earn from survey websites -and MyLot- between now and April goes towards my self-employment taxes. 'Tis the season lol.
6. I'm going to my cousin's wedding on Sunday, so it'll be a nice change of pace. :)
Alrighty, I have a few more little things I want to do before hitting the hay, so I'm going to wrap this up. You all have a great weekend and take care. :)

The self -employment tax sounds difficult! But that all sounds like great things to be grateful for :)

@tammys85 That is good that the online forms make it is easy....but that is understandable. I wouldn't want to either. I wouldn't know how to even start with all of that myself lol

@MommyOfEli2013 Yep, I remember when it was harder to do, even online. The website I'm using saves my info, and then I just change what's needed for this year. The forms are easier now, but now I'm in "budget like crazy" mode because I owe more this year than I did last year.

You must earn a lot from your writing jobs to pay a self-employment tax.
I hope you enjoyed the wedding.
It's great you got blue emojis from Donnie Wahlberg.
That's great you went out with your best friend and the little guy and kept within your budget.

I think if you earn either over $400 or $600 a year, you have to pay a self-employment tax. I can't remember which one, but I've earned more than $600.
I did enjoy it, thank you!
Aw thanks! It always means a lot to me when he shows up in my mentions. :)
Thank you! He did great with his haircut, and I stuck to my list. :D
