Dating documents-2020

A few days ago I saw a post on a business forum about not abbreviating the year when writing checks or signing documents (especially financial & legal ones) now that it's 2020. There was also a report about this on my local news last night. This is to protect yourself from fraud and prevent scammers from inserting numbers at the end i.e. 15, 16, 17, etc. I thought this was valuable advice as I'm all for shortcuts & abbreviations, but this year I'll be writing the full year out on important documents. Just wanted to pass this on ;)
