The Most Appealing Gift I Ever Received

I am sure that you've already opened your Christmas or New Year gifts from your family, co-workers, friends, etc. What gifts have you received so far? Which one do you like the most? Although I like all gifts that have been given to me so far, I prefer to have unique home decor gifts because first, I personally love finding one of a kind home decor. Second, those gifts are going to be a special memory for me to look at for years to come with no risk of fading or tearing. Third, they are going to be a sentimental value to me that can't be measured by dollars. Fourth, one of a kind gifts means that the givers really care about me and have tried hard enough in the thoughtful process of finding it. So, I really appreciate for their efforts and always keep those gifts from year to year. In my opinion, durable goods such as electronics are also great gifts. I am also excited in getting electronic gifts. However, the disadvantage of electronics is that they can fade its function when time goes by. Have you ever received gifts you like the most?

This Christmas I got a Doctor Who annual, a wooden church mouse choir boy, a nature diary, a little dog necklace and a cat calendar from my Mum and Step-Dad and a Doctor Who colouring book, a memory game, a Lego Dalek (already constructed) and a pair of slipper socks with "If you can read this" on the right foot and "Get me a cup of tea" on the left foot from my Brother, Sister in law and nephews. Things I like to receive are Doctor Who things, Lego, and card making supplies. One year my Brother bought me this Amazon Fire Tablet that I'm using to write this now. That was a great gift.

Wow! You have many gifts to begin with. Do you like painting or coloring books? The slipper socks you got are also cool too!

@WackyDecor Yes, colouring books are very therapeutic. I wanted to be an artist when left school.

I also like coloring books and paintings but I can't do paintings. Have you ever done paintings?

@WackyDecor I do not celebrate either one of those.I celebrate Hannuka which is a Jewish holiday that usually falls in December. I have received gifts I like very much and also gifts I have gotten for myself I love very much because it was things I needed and wanted.
