Body Malaise or Fatigue?

I just can’t figure out which one I’m having at the moment. Yesterday, before going to the center for my Saturday treatment I suddenly feel discomfort and weak. I was okay during in the morning and by lunch, and in the afternoon it suddenly happened.
Last night, I was thankful coz I don’t have stomach ache and my treatment was smooth. I just sleep the whole time. Then when I got home I feel so tired and weak. SomI decided to sleep early. Then this morning I feel weak again. It has been going on and on.
Is this the sign already that I’m going to die soon?

@JustBhem Isn´t there a possibility of a kidney transplant? Maybe one of your brothers could donate a kidney.

@marguicha They could but it’s too lste for me as I’m getting weaker, my body is shrinking and it will complicate everything

I am sorry to know that you feel that way. Your doctor will be the right person to talk to. I know it is tough but I would like you to stay positive. Positive thoughts help you heal faster.

Better consult your doctor about it so he can advise you and give you medication for these. I am hoping you will recover soon. I hope it's just the weather that is causing it. Most people these time are also I'll due to the holiday stress like myself.
