Paula Cole was born in 1968 and is an American singer and songwriter. "Where Have All the Cowboys Gone" (below) was released in 1997 and reached the Top 10. In 1998 "Cowboys" won a Boston Music Award for Single of the Year. Cole has only had 4 singles that charted in the US.
