Tonight I made pulled chicken bbq in the InstaPot. I used chicken seasoning, and bbq sauce. Nothing too exciting. When I cooked the chicken in the IP to begin with, I cooked it in chicken broth instead of water. Drained the broth then cooked it for ten minutes in the sauce.
Came out really good.
To go with it, we just had crinkle cut fries. Kids go back to school Tuesday and we've gotta get them back on a schedule.
What was for dinner at your house tonight?

Super easy and I use it probably 4 nights a week. Go through and look at the meals I've made just since the first with it I even used it last night to brown beef

That sounds so good. We need to do some pulled chicken at some point here, need a reason to use the curly fries!
