My President is encouraging his citizens to eat vegetables and potatoes, arguing that meat its not health. What's your take guys.

I always considered this as a matter of choice, I was a Non- Vegetarian turned Vegetarian.... I never judge the people who eat meat, everyone in my family eats meat... but that's their choice. I do understand some people scale it on the note of ethics and morality,but again primarily, it's only the matter of choice.

I agree with you and Cameron on that, and unless if it is your doctor who told you not to eat because of your health issues. If all is well its a necessity though

Vegetarian food is good for health. Nature has provided basic food materials in vegetables.

It is not good to each tomuch meat. You doneed protein which is meat in your diet.
