Have you tried making them? Sheet pan cooking is very easy. You can cook all the ingredients in the oven for at least half an hour. It depends on how small or big you slice the vegetables and meat. Of course, you have to spice them already with salt, garlic, pepper and sprinkled them with olive oil before baking them.
I have been doing this kind of cooking for ages but it was only yesterday that I know the name of this cooking or baking method. Accidentally!
I was searching for an idea on my Pinterest account on what to cook for lunch today and found out this sheet pan cooking. It is very funny. I do this kind of cooking when I don't want to have a lot of things to wash.
I did my sheet pan cooking with broccoli, potatoes, carrots and bell peppers. We had fried chicken leftover to eat with this food.
Well, I really learn a lot not only from Mylotting but also from other websites reading. Thanks for reading.

I use that pan when I bake chicken. But I don't know that it's called sheet pan. What I remember is pan sheet... that is the Chinese noodles. Waheehee

I love cooking vegetables this way and generally say they're roasted. I didn't know it was called sheet pan cooking but it's nice and easy. Like you, I like easy cleanup.

A few years ago, I almost burnt my house due to sheet pan cooking. I was attempting to make cauliflower pizza.

@thelme55 No, I did not forget. Simply, a little oil from the pan spilled creating flames and smoke.

@thelme55 for a long time (when we lived in Indiana and the fish was two, three days old) that was the only way the kids would eat fish!

@thelme55 You are right. We eat through our senses... Our eyes and nose are so important and so they give so much of importance to aroma of a a food.
