Have you tried making them? Sheet pan cooking is very easy. You can cook all the ingredients in the oven for at least half an hour. It depends on how small or big you slice the vegetables and meat. Of course, you have to spice them already with salt, garlic, pepper and sprinkled them with olive oil before baking them. I have been doing this kind of cooking for ages but it was only yesterday that I know the name of this cooking or baking method. Accidentally! I was searching for an idea on my Pinterest account on what to cook for lunch today and found out this sheet pan cooking. It is very funny. I do this kind of cooking when I don't want to have a lot of things to wash. I did my sheet pan cooking with broccoli, potatoes, carrots and bell peppers. We had fried chicken leftover to eat with this food. Well, I really learn a lot not only from Mylotting but also from other websites reading. Thanks for reading.

I use that pan when I bake chicken. But I don't know that it's called sheet pan. What I remember is pan sheet... that is the Chinese noodles. Waheehee

I roast my veggies that way. I use fresh garlic and sometimes cayenne pepper. So delicious and healthy. I’ve been doing it for years, too. It’s a good Mediterranean way of cooking. Hover, I never put meat in it.

So, this is a Mediterranean kind of cooking @DianneN? Mediterranean food are mostly healthy. I sometimes put chicken meat in it but this time not as the sheet pan was already full with veggies. Thank you.
