I simply cannot make up my mind. On dec 3rd, my now ex, he was under the influence of steroids and he came busting in the house interigating me about my own money that wasnt even missing. It was really bizarre and terrifying. He came out the bathroom with a 2 liter of water and a wet rag and asked if i have ever been waterborded. He said it was the only way he could get the truth from me. When he started talking about "THE TRUTH" he trailed off and started going off about im a pathalogical liar.( i am not a liar that is the gospel truth i do not lie) In a vain attempt to save my life, I tried reverse psychology on him.
I said, " i have something to tell you, u are right i am a liar. Ive been one for years its so embarrassing."
He loomed startled. Then he says," see now we are getting somewhere u are finally telling me the truth about something"
At that point he sat down and lit a ciggerette. I grabbed the dishes off the dresser and pretended to take them to the kitchen and once i was an arm length away from the door I ran for my life and called the cops and havent been back since.
The police ordered a emergancy protection order wich has expired. I am wondering should i follow through with that? For one, this man is a veteran so he may have been having severe ptsd. Also,he is a 2nd stricker and i am thinking if i pursue they may strike him out for 25yrs. I just cant decide what to do guys....

It is good that you use good presence of mind to escape that situation. Try to stay safe and think una peace of mind.
