I had been excited about making vegan sushi and I finally got the time to do it! It wasn't that difficult as I thought. Have you ever made home sushi? Could you do the rolls properly?

I absolutely love sushi - fish, meat or veggie! I have never made it myself, although I have often wanted to. I'm sure it's not too difficult but I don't have any of the tools needed. Perhaps I will get some. Is there any difference between ordinary vegetarian sushi and vegan sushi? Or is there something in the usual ingredients that would make it not vegan?

Usually they put cream cheese or eggs on vegetarian sushi

@Pandavegan OK. I recently read something about sushi. Some of the better quality ones were those that didn't have cream and suchlike on it. I've never had any with egg unless it's been used as a binding agent.
