Why I can not post pictures here? Does anyone has the same problem?

Have u checked the file extension and size?

Yes, that is important.Too large and you see runtime error.

They have to be under a certain size--8 mp I think or else it will say runtime error. I do wish I could post larger files.

As others have said, difficulties in putting up photos on myLot is usually because the file size is too large.
