This evening I met my cousins handyman and he is very professional.
He left work and came to look at my rental.
He measured and did some numbers, gave me a price.
I hired him and he will do it this weekend.
I have to learn to trust so I will stay away till he is finished and met the next day, look at everything and then I will pay him.
I am hopeful with this one, if he does this one as good as I expect, I will hire him for something I won`t mention and then to fix the old home place.
Wish me luck

@Alexandoy That would be the Doc, not the handyman, although the handyman is a cutie pie.

I am wishing you the best of luck since the handyman you will be working will be doing his best to get the job well done and not work like the detail like the Three Stooges.

It's hard to find a good handyman! Many carpenters won't take a repair job. Instead, they choose only the big jobs, like building a new home or a very expensive remodeling job. You are blessed!

Trust is good, when it is earned. I hope he did a great job and deserves repeat business from you.

I hope it all works out for you. It's great you found a handyman who will fix the property.
