As the first human to be able to lie in a world where people can only tell the truth, Ricky Gervais and makes his directorial debut in this amazing movie, along with Matthew Robinson.
Released in 2009, I do not know why I had never seen it before.
And in true Ricky Gervais style, he pulls it off without a hitch.
The scenery knocked my socks off, as it was shot in regions I had lived, drove through and loved, for instance Haverhill and Lowell and Andover, Massachusettes. Stunning leaves in the fall and all around charm are these places.
I hope you all get to see this film, it is truly charming and well done.
