Ed "Kookie Byrnes of "77 Sunset Strip" has died

Ed Kookie Byrnes of 77 Sunset Strip has died.He was 87 years old.He also played Vince Fontaine on the movie "Grease" in 1978. The cause was a stroke,says his son Logan Byrnes, who is a news anchor in san Diego.

I have seen 77 Sunset Strip.A while ago Decades had a weekend binge of the series. It can from 1958 ( I think k) to about 1963
