I cant seem to finish a book...

Hey all,
I know everyone keeps telling that reading is such a good habit. Its the best way to pass the time. I always thought of developing this habit, but its way too difficult for me I guess. I have bought many books trying to make reading a habit of mine, but i cant seem to finish a book.
I will buy a book with a lot enthusiasm, and I will start reading it but after a week or so I will lose interest in it and I will just leave it like that.
Have any of you felt the same?

I love reading. I do not know how I developed that hobby but I love to read and learn about different authors and their style of writing. If the book is not good then I lose interest, then I will find one I do like.

I always finish the book that I read but I always don't finish something i write
