Mistakes While Suggesting Discussions

I was not aware of any option wherein I can suggest a user about any discussion but just recently I was suggested a discussion by a person am following and am thankful to the user for it But another user suggested me 2 discussions and upon checking I found I already commented on them so felt the person should at least check if a user already commented or not before suggesting it to someone.

I too have got a few suggestions where I have responded. But that is okay. Sometimes the person feels that it might interest you and suggests it. It is a bit time taking to scroll down and check about all people who have responded.

The suggestion feature on mylot is good, but like you said it's important that we use it appropriately.

I have never suggested discussions to people but have received suggestions from others. Too bad we can't suggest our own discussions.
