I'm starting to associate my headaches with my consume of sugar. Has anyone there that feel the same? Is there a biological reason?

I don't consume sugar that often..just like frutose..but I noticed that when I eat it I have headaches

I also have headache when I consume sugar in large amounts. I think there is a biological explanation to that.

I don't think sugar in anyway associated with headache. Headache sometimes is caused by excessive acidity.
