Sweatcoin?

Someone on here (sorry, I forgot who it was) was telling me about apps for your phone that pay you to walk/exercise/etc.
I think the one the person mentioned may have been Sweatcoin, but I'm not %100 sure.
Has anyone ever heard of any of these kinds of apps? It sounds like a good idea to get people walking, and I wouldn't mind having one on my phone. As much as I like my watch-style step counter, the battery going dead and having to pay for a new battery every time it does...well, that's a little bit of a pain.
If you use one of these kinds of apps, which one do you use?

I have it but it takes a long time to get anything for meZ I never got anything there. I never recommended it but I guess the app was handy a week or so ago. I was able to redeem for $10 Adidas giftcard and got myself free socks (3 pairs)

@cpefley yes they had a one day promotion that a $10 gc was very cheap like less than 100 sweatcoins or something
The 2 years I’ve had the app that’s the only thing I was able to ever redeem .. &10 gc and adidas is free ship if you’re a member free to sign up s free socks it is :)

@xstitcher Don't worry. We are to small market for such apps.

I have tried a few of them, but nothing is good. It either takes forever to to payout or the apps have bugs and don't open for me.

I have. I don't like Sweatcoin. I wanted something where I could earn actual gift cards, not discounts on offers. I had it for awhile and wasn't pleased. There was another walking app that gave out gift cards, but you have to collect puzzle pieces, and something tells me you'd never get enough puzzle pieces to actually get a gift card. I'm still looking for a better one.
