Last few months Belgrade is on top of the list of most polluted cities in the world and its very visible last days in the city too.
They say rain or snow would help, but no luck so far.
Situation is alarming, but there is no any movement at all.

Does Belgrade typically have bad pollution this bad, or is this a unique situation. I would hate to think of all those people in the city breathing that dirty air every day.
