What is one thing that you wish you would have known when it came to buying/owning a home? My fiance are planning to start looking for homes in August of this year. It sounds extremely stressful but it is a change we are looking forward to. We're worried about some of the unknowns, but I think the end result will be well worth it! We have a lot of questions and have thus joined several forums and groups. But I am curious and figured I'd take to ML. Was there anything you thought you knew that was wrong? What did you not know that would have changed the "path" you took had you known?
