We have got so many berries that can help us improve our health, and they also taste great. If they grow in your place, I hope you find them when they are in season or maybe in frozen form. I love blueberries, raspberries and many more.. which are your favorites?

I eat them all . Perhaps rasberries are better? (I have a bag of dry berries, from Aldi, in the kitchen. Completely forgot about it.)

I was watching this health infomercial one time and I remember the guy talking about healthy foods and he said any food with the word "berry" in it.
