Baked Cookies

I baked some chocolate chip cookies. They came out nice and soft. I cleaned up and after and got a load of towels washed. Now, I need to get some writing done. I really have to get down to it. As I am not happy with the progress I have made so far.

They were yummy, came out great, nice and golden brown and soft. I surprise myself sometimes.

I am sitting here mylotting almost time for dinner so I will be getting off soon to make dinner. I love chocolate chip cookies warm from the oven.

I use parchment paper when baking, I think that is how, but I am not sure.

I take it that the reason there is no picture of them is because they were so yummy you ate them all. Here in the UK we rarely if ever make biscuits at home. Maybe it is something we should take up!

My son was the one who ate most of them. They are his favorite. I enjoy baking. You should try it sometime, you may like it.

I prefer to bake them. That way I know what goes into them
