I love chocolate but only milk. The dark chocolate gives me a headache and the white is too sickly. I don't eat it every day but if I fancy some I will have it.

@KityCat I read that a little dark chocolate is good for lowering blood pressure. Pity I don't like it!

I found the title of your post very interesting. I used to eat more chocolate than I do now. I loved eating it. Now, the only chocolate I have is chocolate milk, hot chocolate, chocolate spread or ice cream with chocolate sauce in the summer. I gave up cookies and candy because I needed to lose weight and it wasn't good for me.

I do like chocolate - many kinds of it. I don't avoid it but I do limit the amount I have. Some days, I'll have a small piece, some days I will have none. On special occasions (or when I'm feeling ill), I will treat myself to a bigger piece.
I've found that trying to avoid chocolate is far more difficult that limiting it to a daily amount.

Small amount of chocolate is actually good for. Large scounts can mess with your blood sugar which then cause and issues or make you have a stomach ache. Chocolate has caffeine in which in small amounts is also good for you.

I love chocolate. Dark chocolate is my favorite. I usually limit myself to a small serving.
