Um...well now that I think about this question, I think I will Speak to my parents- ''You are the best anyone could ever get. Since I got you without wishing and praying for, I took you granted. I love you'' and my brother- ''I know I am not the best sibling you got and that you are angry with me or don't really 'like' me but still I have always loved you, cared about you internally and I know you did too. I love you my little bro. May you live long." That's it I guess

I would call the emergencies and ask to send an ambulance. I need a doctor to confirm that I will soon die.

I think I will just visit my dear ones to bid my farewell. Ha ha... Anyway, if I cannot walk since I am in bed. I will call someone whom I know who can spread the message that I wanted to say. A very trusted friend perhaps.
