I was doing my assignment and I decided to send it to my Professor to see if I was on the right track with it. In his reply he told me I had the interpretation of the assignment totally wrong and will need to start again. So two days out from the due date I need to start again. Not impressed... Oh well I haven't done many arts assignments so I am not used to the layout of them. I apparently used too much medical terminology and had too much disease background. oops.

Wow, that sure brings back memories of my university days. I'm so glad I'm finished with all that. I love education and all, but some of the assignments, papers, research projects, etc. have nothing to do with the way real life is run. If they want us to be prepared to function in the real world, they need to give us real world assignments! haha
In my first career job after graduating from the university, my boss pulled me into his office one day and told me to forget everything I had learned in school, because that was not the way the real world worked.
Anyway, sorry you had to start over on your assignment. I hope you are able to get it all done correctly the way the professor wants it.

The papers my not relate to your work exactly and you may not use the information in said papers but it does prepare you for getting paperwork done on time, in your own words as well as making sure you don't just copy other people's work. As well as just having a high standard for yourself in your work. People look too much into the content of what they are doing and start saying when am I gonna use this in the real world?

@Fa_Maverick That is true. It all does relate to the real world in one way or another. I do appreciate all the hard work I put into obtaining my degrees, but I'm certainly glad that it's all over and done with!

Geez, I do not miss those days. Good luck with all that! The best thing about revision is the fact that you can process the information again.

Thanks I need it. I wish the instructions for the assignment were clearer I may have avoided this situation if they were.
