Are you kind enough to the people you work with?

Hello everyone, we all have different jobs and many different kinds of people around!
some of us have hard ,some have easier jobs!
but how do you treat people around you , i mean in your work area , when you are working how do you treat ?
same as in your house or you change a lot?
me personally try to be kind and listen them carefully and try to my best..
How about you?

When I was working in the office, I would order Chinese noodles for the mid afternoon snack to be shared by everyone. They loved me for that, waheehee.

@japanesesamurai my colleagues love free snacks so I thought why not give them free snack every Friday since I can afford to buy.

i can understand you , but even they treat bad i try to be still kind, it is hard i know but it also changes them in a good way..

I think I have more patience to people 'under' me than people 'above' me but I am kind to all. 
At home, I do not yell at my younger sister but I do yell at elder sisters. As the elder I believe I am the one who should do better and as the younger I hate to be mistreated. 
At work, I do not care about anyone's position. I fight if I believe that I am right but I serve coffee/meal to everyone including the janitors.
