Just closed my eyes for a while...

While mylotting, I felt a bit tired. Maybe it was too much of work in last two_ three days that made me miss my afternoon nap and also I was going late to bed. So I just thought of putting laptop on the side table and spread myself on the couch and closed my eyes for a while. But seems I went into a deep slumber only to be waken up by the door bell. My elder daughter is back from her exam. I can't believe I slept for two hours. Now it's time to get up, have my lunch and go out to pick up my younger daughter. Sometimes body just needs these nap and doesn't mind an uncomfortable couch for that. I can feel that in my neck and shoulder

It is morning here, I am usually fine until after lunch, then I feel the need to close my eyes for a moment.

@arunima25 I do not have the habit to nap, but when the 5 pm comes I usually feel very tired.

I generally have a nap in afternoon after picking up my daughter and coming home. It's a 45 minutes one but is quite good. I missed it in last two days as something or the other kept me occupied.

It's always good to listen to our body and respect it. I try to do so but at times my other duties in life especially that of a mother comes in the way of doing it.

I generally take a nap for half an hour or 45 minutes around 4 in the afternoon. It refreshes me. You are right cold and gloomy weather make us more lazy and sleepy.

Sleep is essential activity to recoup the body with energy that is lost. Sometimes we neglect it. We therefore feel energized when have a one.
