How do you handle errors and defeats mentally?

This time I would like to talk about the notion of making mistakes and losing in sports / games. I am the type of person which gets angry easily after making some silly mistakes. It is not the fact that my oppenet defeated me which is the most important aspect, but the fact that I make silly mistakes which is horrible and drives me insane. How should I deal with this mentally? Do you play any sports / games? What do you do when you fail to do something which seems very easy to do in that sport? For example, failing to smash a simple lob in tennis or table tennis. This kind of mistake seems unforgiveable. I have seen tennis players breaking their rackets in anger when they made certain mistakes that they think are unforgiveable. I slammed my table tennis racket in the ground a few times when I made silly mistakes. Also, I used to get angry the same way when I was playing chess in the park and made a silly blunder. I felt like I wanted to smash and break something. In the end, the thing that causes such stuff is the amount of passion that you put in that sport or game that you are playing. If you don't care about it at all you will not get angry at all but if you do care about it you will get angry as much as you care about it. Have you ever done silly mistakes that drove you crazy? Do you play any sport with passion?

I don't play sports, but I tend to be hard on myself when I fail at things.
