House full of nice aroma....

This dum aloo being cooked has filled the house with a nice aroma. My daughters are already drooling. We are done with our tea and milk session. TV is on and everyone is busy getting ready.
I will go and take a quick bath and come back and serve the yummy breakfast. 
A lot is done for morning.

@amitkokiladitya On many weekends, we have a heavy brunch like poori sabji, stuffed parathas etc. Actually we wake up bit late and then chat for an hour with tea, milk and some biscuits. We eat some fruit and get back to our morning chores. So breakfast becomes brunch.

We started our day a bit late. So after morning tea and all getting ready up, we assembled to eat at 11:45.So this heavy meal became brunch. That always happens with us on weekends.

Since it was Sunday, our day started late and we had it around 11:45 AM. So it became our Sunday brunch.

It's called garam masala... It's a combination of certain spices like cloves, cinnamom, cardamom, cumin, black pepper etc taken in a right proportion and then roasted before grinding.

@arunima25 Oh I love spicy food. But not too much. Indian foods are very delicious from what I heard. Maybe one time I can try an restaurant that serves Indian dishes here.

On a regular weekday, I am done with elaborate cooking by 7 AM and that takes care of a good lunch that we all pack to work and school and a good filling hot breakfast.
On weekends we start the day little late and some dishes like this become our brunch. We stay full till dinner or just have some fruits for lunch.
