How do you heal yourself emotionally and energetically? I use eft (emotional freedom techingue). It has really helped me with my problems. Emotional freedom techingue is tapping on acupuncture points with your hands while saying outloud or in your head your problems and after that positive affirmations to make it better. It helps shift your energy system and release negative energy.

@wisdomseeker25 It can take the "edge" off any possible nervous state you might be in or whatever at that time. Your own words are always the best although you can tap along with others too for as long as you want.

Yes, deffinitely, using your own words works the best, because you're the one who knows best what you're going through. I do it mostly on my own.

@wisdomseeker25 On youtube you can find a lot of Eft tapping things perhaps Brad Yates is the most consistent one up to now he covers a lot of emotional stuff.

I stay away from all people that are negative. I hang around positive people.

Why haven't you explained this technique? I'm sure that not many - if any -members know it.

Well, if someone asked I would explain it.

@wisdomseeker25 You find this funny. I don't. It's a cheap way to get comments. If you don't find it necessary to write a proper post, I don't find it necessary to read your contributions.

I have heard of EFT but never tried it. Does it work for you all the time?

@wisdomseeker25 I fathom why I have issues opening my mouth and saying things but I have no idea how to solve this problem. Wonder if EFT can help somehow.

If you know what your problem is, what has triggered you, in order to use the right words to describe it, then it pretty much does, yeah. But for me, yes, it always works as long as I know what my problem is, because sometimes it's hard for me to figure it out and if I don't know what it is, I cannot release it.
