Just watching more dead people

Boobear rolling around in a green blanket which matches her eyes. I can't remember the exact year I took this shot.

Well, not all of them are dead but some are. I'm watching Designing Women which aired from 1986 to 1993. I wanted to see something funny for a change. Some of those episodes were really funny ..... ok ok, funny to me. I can relate to some of the circumstances in the show plus it reminded me of the recession we endured in the late 80s through the early 90s. I can't believe I almost forgot about those days. No one I worked with got raises other than cost of living which didn't really help much back then. Times were tough. I found a shot of Boobear that I really like, I've used it before but had forgotten about it.

Designing Women was a really great show. We watch the reruns sometimes and they were really funny.

I remember this show but I wasn't a regular viewer. The shows I did see were funny though.

There was some really funny episodes on this show along with some that would have been controversial for the times they were aired.

I just finished watching the whole series. Now I have a new one to rewatch when I get tired of all the Star Trek and Star Gate shows I plan to rewatch again.

Over time, you forget a lot really until something brings it all flooding back.

I worked 4pm to midnight until 1988 so I missed most of the show. I was happy it was offered on Hulu.

Life was better back then. Fewer headaches and all this enslavement to tech had barely begun and people spoke to each not text.

It too had its ups and downs but I can identify with the downs then better than the downs now ..... I love computers but I'm not wild about the whole cell phone texting bs.

I was busy working & doing study at the time, so didn't watch that TV series at all. (I didn't even have a TV back then, I was that poor .)
