I found plastic straws!

I've been using paper straws for the past month. I hate them and have written about how much I hate them. Today I was at the grocery store and I was very happy to find a package of regular old plastic straws. I know that they are supposed to be terrible for the environment but I don't see how paper straws are all that better when you need to use a new one every hour or so.
It is the little things that make me happy.

Know what you mean. I got some plastic straws at home for home use too and got them long ago like over a year ago.

I haven't tried any paper straws and now not going to try them. I drink as a cup outside home.

You will be able to reuse them which is good.

I find it very irritating that we cannot have plastic straws or plastic bags (that I could recycle) yet the big companies still sell coca cola and the like in plastic containers.
