Hello!
yesterday i saw a video on instagram and was shocked by it! people were eating a raw meet and it was very natural for them!
i don't care how slim it was cut by the chef , i am against to eat raw meat!
it will exactly will give you some trouble in a long period . i also read about it.
other thing is sushi , we also eat it raw .. but there is an explanation about it , after they fish it they remove all blood from it and it is healthy .
please give me more examples and what rare food you like or you dislike?
lets talk about it , because i really wanna know if it depends on the country we live in!

I am a vegetarian and so no meat or fish for me. I eat raw sprouts, fruits and few veggies like carrot, radish, cucumber, onion etc.

I can eat and love sashimi with wasabi and Japanese soy. We have a raw fish dish here in the Philippines called " kilaw" , acid in the vinegar along with the spices cooks it, kilaw could also be done to goat's skin that has previously been blow torched ( at least it past by fire )to remove hair.
