Do You Find It Difficult To Forgive?

We are all grieved in life either by people we know or by those we don't know. Almost daily through the words or actions of others, we feel hurt and that requires forgiveness. However, forgiving at times is conditional to a lot of factors. It would depend on how deep is the grievance, how important is the relationship we have with a grieving person and so on.
At times when I'm deeply hurt, I find it difficult to forgive,
What about you do you find it difficult to forgive or not?

When I was young I found it hard to forgive especially if I had been deeply hurt and in one case the unforgiveness lasted for years. But now I find it easy to forgive, forgiveness is a gift I give myself. When I have unforgiveness in my heart for others it is me that suffers not the people I am not forgiving. Unforgiveness is a bit like taking poison and expecting the other person to die.

It's always difficult at first but then with time you can forgive & figure out the situation

I have been in a few relationships where it was hard to forgive the person who hurt but how I overcame was I prayed wrote letters to each person I did not mail the letters I just wrote them to get my feelings out on paper then through them away and that was the end of those relationships.
