My hubby and I want to be cremated and hold onto the ashes until the other passes and then have our ashes mixed together. Weird and creepy, I know but we want to be together. Then our family can bury us together. Hopefully thats the plan if die of old age. My family was weirded out when I told them, but now they understand and will do it.

I'm not sure whether I want to be cremated or buried. I thought I wanted to be cremated. I thought it would be better but I have since had several deaths in my family and I'm not sure if cremation is the answer or not. I think I would rather be cremated but can't decide if I want to be burn't and have my ashes buried or if I want to be in a casket in the ground and have all kinds of bugs and worms crawl all over me. I know either way I won't be alive to know the difference but its still something that I can't come to terms with.

i've had previous issues of closure before this and don't ever want anyone to go thru what i went thru. good luck with your decision!!!!!

you know something. i actually went to a cremation service where they buried the box of ashes! isn't that wild. the box was beautiful and expensive. i couldn't believe they actually buried the box!!!!!

it might be a good idea to think about it and when you make a decisin let your loved ones know. life is shorter than we think. i've lost some folks i loved before i thought they would be taken from me. it's always nice to know what they want before they pass over to the other side. let us know when you make a decision, ok?

I would prefer to be cremated, for a few different reasons..Maybe even have my ashes spread over a particular place that is most dear to me, or to have the ashes put into an urn, or some in different smaller urns that would allow the closest ones to my heart, who would want to 'preserve' me in that way, to do so~

i want to be buried lol. it is a tradition and culture. we don't have culture of cremation in our country.
