The tuber that is not taro

In the picture is the tuber that I harvested in our backyard. It is not taro. It is a vine that grows the tuber under the ground. I didn't know that it has already a lot of tubers as can be seen in the picture. The picture was taken yesterday.

That tuber was planted 6 months ago. I didn't know that it has a lot of edible roots under the ground.

The name of that tuber is TUGI. It is a wild tuber that is edible but not common even in our country.
