Diet is fun!!

hello everyone i found a nice method to lose weight i think and i want to continue it also i want to share it with you .. i was 87 kg and it is pretty too much for my height ... i am 170cm so i should be around 65 to 70 kg. last week i started a no carbohydrate diet.. i don't eat rice , bread and others which contains carbohydrate .. i also stopped eating after 8pm .. you know what i lost almost 3kg in a week .. i am super happy and i wanna continue it ,, it really motivates me.. sometimes i really wanna eat bread but until 80kg i wanna stand it.. how about you do you have a problem with your weight? do you have any special diet?

this is the first time any diet worked on me. so i think carbohydrates make us fat..

I try a eat less carbohydrates but it is hard to stick to it when other people around me eat pasta, bread and rice with almost every meals that they prepare. So I try to stick to eating during a short window of 6 hours every day and only drinking water during the rest. So far I lost 2 pounds in about two weeks. Not bad I guess....

I am cautious with my diet and follow a discipline. I am diabetic. But as far as my weight goes, I have maintained 65 kg for 171 cm for years now.

it is very healthy weight for a man who is 1.70 or 1.71 but i dont know how it is for women.
