Sometimes being caught up with everyday life keeps you in an unhealthy lifestyle most especially not taking care of yourself because you tend to get really busy. Not gonna lie, I am part of that consensus where in the work gets over me and forget to take good care of physique.
It was until a month ago that i realize that i need to get back in shape and need to motivate myself to do it. And boy, it feels so good to grab those workout clothes and pull a muscle!
Indeed working out helps a lot with detoxifying our hormonal and environmental stress.
Not just a way of controlling someone's body weight (either to gain or to lose) but reduces the risk of cardiovascular abnormalities. Help your body manage blood sugar and insulin levels and helps you go back on a cleaner lifestyle. This also Improve your mental health and mood.
Help keep your thinking, learning, and judgment skills sharp as you age.
We need to motivate ourselves on doing this since we only live once, take care of our body and it will benefit our life.
What's your motivation on doing health and fitness? Comment down below.

I agree getting ourselves in shape feel really good. I try to walk when I can and exercise 3 times a day inside and will use my bicycle stepper inside and also do a walking video too. It feels good to do all that.

That's great to know that you have a workout tool that you can do at home. Yeah, walking is a good cardio exercise it also helps your heart's muscle tissues. Thanks for your response.

I used to be a model of fitness when I was younger, but now that it is work only and not as much fun and competing with other urgent tasks, I am struggling. My dog helps me to get out there twice a day. I am working on getting back to weight lifting and cardiovascular exercise. I had a great diet for a while, but got working in fast paced Manhattan for a while doing long hours and let it slip. Now I am grabbing food on the go less. Cut down on stress. Killed carbs. And am eating more wholesome meals.

At least you redeem yourself from falling off those fastfood habits. Thanks for your dog that let's you keep up with the running and brisk walking. Yeah, if you slip once it will definitely have a ripple effect with your healthy lifestyle and boy, it wasn't easy on my end too! But i am changing those ways and hopefully have good results now. *fingers crossed. Thanks for your reply! Keep up the good work.
