Hello everyone! We have a bright day again here. It just looks nice and warm but in reality it is still very cold, only 7 degrees Celsius. It doesn't matter though as long as it is a bright and sunny day. My better half and I will be eating our leftover food from yesterday's lunch. It is potato purée, pork roast with champignon gravy ang peas with young carrots. A German meal that I have not served for a while at home. As the day is beautiful, my friends and I will walk to the Rhine and enjoy our bonding together. That will be a lot of fun. Anyway, I hope you have a lovely Friday. Thanks for reading.

I use beef to prepare this stew, but this is something that we also like a lot. It has been sunny here too.

So those were champignon. I thought those were green peas because it's smaller. You have a good meal there Ms. T.

Champignon is a button mushroom I have sliced and put in the gravy @ZedSmart. Yes, those were green peas. Thank you.

@ZedSmart No, it is not green in color. It is either white or brown in color.

@thelme55 I noticed canned champignon at the grocery and in the label showed photo of the item. From what I remember it's green in color that's why I asked if you are referring to the green thing. Thanks.
