It's 4am, kids are fever free and sleeping and here I sit wide awake. I get one good night of sleep and the next night I can't sleep. Can somebody please give me a guaranteed way to get to sleep that does not include sleeping pills?

Glad the kids are OK now. Staring at a phone/tablet/laptop screen before bed doesn't help with sleep. Try a meditation app and listen to that while lying in bed.

You can try listening to relaxing music while daydreaming to help you relax.
