A year of dinners: 2.9.20 Homemade orange chicken

The other half requested orange chicken over the weekend and I was going to make it Saturday night, but that didn't end up happening.
What did happen, was I made it last night.
He child and the friend that he had over at the time just ate the fried chicken without the orange sauce. He child doesn't like the orange sauce, which is fine as long as he eats. LOL.
She child ate some plain like her brother, and then actually tried the orange chicken and liked it. She asked me to make it that way again for her.
So all in all it was a success.
Now I just have to figure out what to do tonight.

I do like the chicken plain or with the orange sauce. But for someone with diabetes, I would eat the chicken without the sauce.
